  • The current budgeting process was a "bottom-up" process that was slow and complex: each head-office has to define its budgeting orientation considering a budget allocated by the General Secretary
  • At the same time, the budget is built in collaboration with the facilities department and the payroll budget is built with the human resources department. To achieve the final financial target, some mediations take place between or inside the head-offices
  • We implemented the solution using a prototyping development approach in order to best serve users needs in a fast and timely manner
